Hi, Sweetie is a “Thai Style” ice cream establishment that blends ingredients such as fresh cream, fruit, candies, cookies and fan favorites together in what staff describes as “Stir Fried ice cream.” 

So what is “Thai Style” ice cream? The most important feature is the frozen surface, or “ice pan.” The cream, fresh fruit and other tasty ingredients are mixed together on the pan, spread flat and flash frozen. Then the items are essentially shaved and/or rolled off and placed in a dish, doused in delicious toppings and sauce, and devoured by the customer!

It is so quick and easy to order at Hi Sweetie! When you arrive, choose your options, step up to the kiosks and enter your order, along with any customizations.

They have 12 pre-set recipes to choose from, and a “create your own” option. I’m a fan of the Mango Tango. However, with the ”Create Your Own” option, you select a base flavor of ice cream, choosing from several options, including Taro, Green Tea or classic Vanilla. Add your favorite mix ins, whether that’s fruit, cookies, etc. Top it with your desired toppings, selecting treats such as fruit, candy, cookies, etc. and finally add your favorite sauce to top it off.
